Morris K. Pleasant II, better known as Kelly, was 27 years old with a good job and stable life, but “stable” didn’t get him up in the morning. He had drive, ambition and passion but couldn’t find his place. He needed a guide to take him to the next level. That’s when he realized he wanted to be exactly that… a guide for people to find their place.

Kelly has been guiding people with ambition for a greater life to find their homes since 2011.

“I love leading people through a process that starts with a dream,” says Kelly. “ Keeping that dream in the forefront during the transaction is my goal for every client.”

Kelly is in the Top 1% of agents in Sacramento County and Top 5% of agents in the Country according to HomeSnap. He is a sought-after panelist and commentator on the Sacramento market having been featured numerous times in The Sacramento Bee and local news stations. He has been a member of Sacramento Association of Realtors Masters Club since 2012 and currently serves as President for the 2023-2024 term, currently sitting on several committees and is on the Sacramento Association of Realtors Board of Directors for 2023.

Kelly is a homegrown, 3rd generation Sacramentan. He and his wife live in Elk Grove.
